I have been thinking about buying TESO for a while and I probably will tomorrow. I have been reading about credit card, paypal, paysafecard etc thing. Do I really have to use some of those to get use of my 30 days of free subs?

you need to buy a sub in order to get your free 30 days i believe.
if you cant pay with CC on the ESO official site then i suggest buy a 60 time card on G2A.com0 -

Also, they don't take your money, it's just if you renew that they will charge you0
