Now I can't even delete and reinstall the game cause launcher stucked with "Loading". Thank you ZOS, nice update

The troubleshooting in this article might be able to help if you are unable to launch the game. These steps, especially repairing the game client, may be able to help as well.

@ZOS_Adrikoth and @MikeSkyrim333, I can't get the game to load either, and I tried all the steps in that article. For me, this started only since the last patch.
