Predict the endeavor to crown gem conversion rate for buying items from crown crates.

Unless my math is way off you can earn (on average) 260 seals per month.

3 x 2 x 30 = 180
4 x 20 = 80

Crown crates are every quarter (with some 'returning' crates slotted within the period) so that is:

3 x 260 = 780 seals per quarter (give or take)

Unless is something like 1:10 seal to gem conversion at least - so a mount that costs 2500 gems costs 250 seals for instance - you are not going to get much.

Either way we should find out soon.

EDIT: On second thought 3 'premium' mounts per quarter seems... way too generous when considered in the greater context of the game so I am going to say 1:5 seal to gem conversion.

EDIT2: Oh boy was I wrong...

I wouldn't be surprised if the mounts were like 25k+ seals.

Feels like they might be acting really generous to start, 4/5 of these are really easy to get done. For sure in a few weeks, or months it'll turn into; Kill 2 trial final bosses for a 5 Endeavor reward, as a daily or something.

I don't know if it's intended or not, but they might be generous or they are still in a state to figure out things and change it later on. It was the exact same thing when they introduced the daily login reward system, we got a bunch of crown crates, mounts, even a dlc zone. Since then, then rewards are just not appealing as it was before.

Endeavors are just a cover to prevent Crown Crates from being illegal in certain countries. I don’t expect them to be a worthwhile use of time. ZOS will absolutely minimize the value of seals so they don’t effect crown sales.

It's not a sub-unit. It's the number of actual endeavor seals (currency) you currently have. So, today, we're able to get 60 endeavor seals if we do all three endeavors. I'm thinking they are giving extra endeavors for the dailies this week because there isn't a weekly this week. Once the store maintenance finishes, we'll be able to see how many endeavors seals for X crown crate items. With being able to get 60 endeavor seals already, I'm thinking the conversion rate of endeavor seals to gems is going to be pretty high... like really high.

Well, there's no consistent exchange:
3/5 gems=360
16 gems =1000
40 gems=2000
100 gems =3600
400 gems =8000
1200,1600,2500 gems =16000

If 60 seals per day is normal and they've re-scaled then this is somewhat reasonable, if the daily rewards are going to fall back to what they were on PTS then not at all. I guess we'll have to wait a bit to find out.

Also, unlike PTS consumables are available to buy with endeavors.

60 a day, 8000 to buy a mount. Lets hope the weekly endeavors are going to step up, and that they scaled them the same as the daily ones.

As it stands right now, there's very little chance of getting the higher rewards from a single season of endeavors.

I actually think it'll be around 1:1. I know this is optimistic and I understand why most people think otherwise, but I think they want even the top things to be technically possible, and 1:1 would make a single radiant at the end of 3 months maybe barely possible. yeah, I think its just first half week bonus as another post pointed out. my math was going off preview image as well as how many seals we were getting per daily on pts.

from preliminary maths so far, I was wrong on primarily on my assumption that prices will have the same ratio regardless off the item. it seems that instead exchange rates seem to be similar to crown packs bought with RL money. the bigger the pack, the lower the cost per crown.

its both better and worse than I was hoping the prices would be. but hey... I didn't expect them to make it easy on us regardless... and they didn't.

For Radiant mounts: 16,000 Endeavor seals
For Apex mounts: 8,000 Endeavor seals
For Legendary items: 3,600 Endeavor seals
For Epic items: 2,000 Endeavor seals
For Superior items: 1,000 Endeavor seals
For Fine items: 360 Endeavor seals
For Common items: also 360 Endeavor seals

I think this issue needs more attention. Why is the ratio so inconsistent?

If I want to buy a Bloodroot Wild Hunt Senche it costs 9600 Seals or 700 Gems. So 13.7 Seals equals 1 Gem.

If I want to buy a Knight-Aspirant outfit style piece it costs 1000 Seals or 16 Gems. So 62.5 Seals equals 1 Gem.

What???
