That was supposed to be patched on Monday. I also tried to enter a zone naked, put on the set and use it. Still didn't work.0 -

It works only in combat. Go hit a dummy with light attack, then check the duration of your buffs - it should work.
Olorime is another example of set which works only in combat.0
