Extreme Latency and disconnection after the maintenance on June 14

My game immediately reached 999+ ping within 1 minute of logging in.
Then I was immediately kicked from the game, even I was in a low population zone (Northern Elsweyr).
I tried the repair function on the launcher, but it didn't help at all.
Please fix it asap. It is very disappointing as a ESO plus member.

I conducted a speed test. My internet connection is fine: 714 Mbs download; 692 Mbs upload.
I don't have any external hard disk and I've been using the existing anti-virus over a long time.

Yes. there were still horrible 999+ ping and disconnection today.

It's the same as yesterday. After getting angry and descripting problems on the forum, the game somehow functioned again.

Somehow the frequency of disconnection reduced by a lot. (from approx. once every 3 minutes early this week to every 2-3 hours now).
The overall performance is not as horrible as the first two days after the maintenance of this week but it's still worse than the situation before the maintenance.
