I signed back up to ESO+ excided I got my new PC with a state of the art graphics card... 120+ FPS this is amazing... patch day... 25 FPS... I am not sure what the issue is in this latest patch but Frame Rates dropped tremendously.

Yeah i've followed all the help stuff they have posted and nothing fixed the issue. The only cause I can find is that a code changed and set the displays wrong. Hearing from 1200 other gamers in discord who has changed the values to increase the frames per rate makes me think they need to address the issue.0 -
NicGroover✭✭✭Same problem, FPS drops regularly and especially when arriving on a map where I regularly have 1 to 5 fps and I walk in slow jerks but also an astronomical ping... When will this be fixed?0 -

LadyIthaeSoul ShrivenI also am experiencing sudden FPS issues (10-12 FPS). Before the last patch, I had no trouble.
Now, I have to lower my resolution and quality a lot to even reach 25 FPS and make the game playable.
EDIT: I did have a driver update (which apparently I downloaded but didn't install) and I have found better FPS quality since the install.Edited by LadyIthae on July 3, 2021 4:47PM0 -
Sambucca1973✭✭✭One thing to try that might help is flushing your computer’s DNS cache. It has worked a couple of times in the past for me.
Quit ESO.
Open a command prompt or the Powershell.
Type (including the space before the / )
ipconfig /flushdns
Hit the return key and that’s it. No need to reboot. I’ve also found that waiting a 10-20 seconds after a loading screen can help for that zone or dungeon, if you get low FPS or high ping.
Neither are ideal, but both have helped me in the past.1
