Did they do something about the bear pathing? I didn't see anything in patch notes. It seems better tonight.

This has been ongoing for quite a while. I am assuming to correct this would cause more problems.
The best you can do is approach the NPC/target you want to interact with and keep moving the cursor around until it latches on.
Annoying, for sure.0
