Oaxiltso HM Magma Sludge bugged

Hello! For now we have this according to patch notes:
v7.0.5: Oaxiltso
Reduced the damage from Noxious Sludge.
Havocrel Annihilators will now cast Magma Sludge at low health.
v7.0.6: Oaxiltso
If your character is affected by Noxious Sludge, you will now be targeted by Fetid Spit from Death Hoppers and Ember Chains from Havocrel Annihilators much less frequently.
Fetid Spit now targets three players rather than four.
Adjusted the visual effects of Fetid Spit for optimization.
In 7.0.5 patch, the Magma Sludge mechanics didn't work properly: add spawned lava pool even with his full HP, he did it 30 sec after the fight. Every group that is clearing HM now confirms that. In patchnotes 14.06 we obviously have no fixes of it. So is this a bug or intended? When will it be fixed?

irswat✭✭✭✭I reported this in bug reports twice, but no confirmation from zos, and it just sunk to the bottom of the heap. I do hope they fix it. Surely they can't have intended people to be vampires as the only way to clear first boss hm without deaths.0
