Ps4 event stats we can get pre order itams till june 15th at 11am so why did the itams not get sent to my mail?

Pre-purchase rewards for Blackwood were available until June 1st on PC/Mac/Stadia, and June 8th for console. If you purchased Blackwood prior to those dates and are missing your pre-purchase rewards, please contact Customer Support here.
