[Crash] When you previsualize "Inscribed Shard"

... in guild store, you crash instantly and you go back to your desk, then a windows error appears where you have to submit the bug.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We recommend trying the steps in this article, such as disabling any Add-Ons, to see if they are able to resolve this crash.

I'm not sure we were supposed to "preview" this item. And the bug is mostly because the game tries to visualize an item that doesn't exist.

(The bug that we cannot combine them is also true, but is written in another post..)

I’m having the same issues. I’m on PS5 w the newly enhanced ESO. Each time I hold square to preview the Inscribed Shard, the game closes out to a report screen, so the equivalent of it crashing. It’s done it 3 times each time I select preview that item. PS has no addons to take off so this def needs looking into.

I'm having this issue when I try to purchase the items from guild stores (with no addons enabled) by double-clicking on them. I have to make sure that if I buy them, I use the "E" interact option, so that the game doesn't try to preview them. If it tries to preview them (because I double-clicked them) the game crashes and a Windows bug report pops up.
