Just an FYI you can get 28k pen without balorgh at all and not even using Stuhns0 -

heartland double sharpened - 7k, maul - 3k, lover - 2k, pierce armor - 9k, spriggens - 4k
7 + 3 + 2 + 9 + 4 = 25
