Does the Deadlands Public Dungeon have either a skyshard or group event?

✭✭✭✭✭Skyshards are listed (described) in a zone's Map Completion guide. I don't see anything that sounds like it's in the Deadlands.
Group Events are listed in the Achievements section of the Quest Journal. I see two achievements related to the Oblivion Portals, but neither is referred to as a Group Event-- although if the Ruinach Rumble isn't a Group Event, it certainly seems like the next best thing.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

That is what I wanted to know. The map site shows a mark and an F5 location on it. I can now stop looking for the skyshard!PC
