Whispers of the deep Summerset quest bugg

was going through the quest whispers of the deep quest in summerset.As per the quest entered Eldbur ruins.but the path seems to be bugged.its like that part of the map is not loaded there is a doorway like structure but its partially visible please fix it as soon as possible.Sorry for the bad English , hope you guys will fix it soon

same issue, some textures are missing and there's an invisible collision blocking access

I've just got to this stage and I can confirm that I've got exactly the same issue which means I cannot progress this part of the Summerset storyline.
