I remember two character that makes me smile - Ysara from quest and non-quest female orc writer Bolgurakh near hut not far from Abbey0 -

I was happy to see so many recurring characters as well - we knew about Lyranth and Eveli, but there was alsoElam Drals, Revus Demnevanni, Alchemy, and Heem-Jasunless I'm forgetting someone. Ah yes, knew I was missing someone! I think Blackwood definitely has the highest number of returning characters. When it came out on PTS I immediately ploughed through the entire zone, was surprised by how many there were, and then made a fresh character and basically 100% all the quests everywhere in chronological order so I would be ready at launch for maximum dialogue options...PC NA, CP2200+. Character creation is the true endgame.0 -

Have same impression, and actually they're pretty good integrated overall which is a plus here.
After mentioning those two encounters got another one with some feathered mates of ours. Probably some more ahead, definitely a lot of them at that point.1 -

I had him sent back to Oblivion. I mean, I was tempted to let him stay; but I figured sooner or later he would just start to cause more trouble, so it would be irresponsible to let him stay.

Gary404✭✭✭It's not Blackwood specific for me but any of the voices done by Travis Willingham, Talisen Jaffe and Liam OB'rien of Critical Role, are my favorites.
