Templar Ritual appearance change?

As of today my Templar's Ritual of retribution is ridiculously bright. I can barely see loot through the glare. Also very hard to see anybody that needs rezzing as well. Anybody else have this problem?

Could be the lighting specifically in AA and AS. Sometimes it looks brighter in different places than others. Otherwise no clue. However, for me, even when I can see a rez clear as day, I have to spend ages finding the perfect angle to pick them up and sometimes that means facing backwards away from the body that needs rezzing. Not the most polished system.PS4 NA
