The system should go live for everyone at once to avoid disadvantaging one platform, since crown crates flip for everyone at the same time. If Xbox got it later or earlier than other platforms, those players would have a different amount of time to earn seals for that crown crate season, which wouldn’t be fair.

Based on the fact that there's nothing offered in the Showcase for the week of June 17 and the fact that crates go live on Thursdays, I'd bet they'll be starting on 17 June1 -

I wouldn’t be surprised if Thursday we get a countdown, 7 days left for Ayleid Crown Crates. Then Endeavors and Iron Atro crates start together to allow players to get what they want if they play enough.2
