Cannot assign CP to War Mage node

It is not possible to assign any CP to the War Mage node on my system: PS4-EU.
(The node before it is active, so that is not the issue).

ZOS_JessicaFolsomCommunity ManagerHi @msetten, we'd like to look into this for you and need a bit more info. Do you have at least 20 points invested in Flawless Ritual? That will be a requirement before you can put points into War Mage.0 -
