Room to Spare still bugged

When doing the "room to spare" quest, for the new Inn Room in Blackwood you dont acutally receive it. After completing the dialog (which is a mess it's self as the answers are doubled but result in different reactions. So you just have to randomely chose options until you get to the end).
You get the notification and the house icon at the doos is white (as it is only for houses owned). But itstead of "Enter" it still says "Preview" (as shown in the picture) and after traveling to it, you cant place furniture but instead get the buy interface when pressing F5.
The very anoying part that has been the case at least since Greymoor. I already reported the bug back then but after a year it has not been fixed.
And I know it is only 3000 Gold to buy it anyways, but stil.

✭✭✭Oh I encountered this, and it crashed my game when I tried to actually buy it.
When I logged back in I did own the room, so I guess no big deal, just....odd.0 -

✭I ended up just buying since I had the same thing happen. 3k gold down the drain, but what the heck... wanted to free wayshrine. Did submit in game feedback.0 -
M_Volsung✭✭✭✭✭On the first day of any updates I usually go around and just unlock wayshrines and get any free rooms that are available.
I did this with Blackwood with no issues.
