Error 318 exceeding message rate limit?

I'm currently doing a random normal dungeon in Scalecaller I have gotten disconnected from the server twice on a boss fight due to "exceeding the message rate limit". I play on PC with most of the popular addons. Is an addon causing the 318 error?
