Range attacks borked in cyrodil

As soon as I went in on Monday after the patch I come to find none of my range attacks work in IC or Cyrodil. None. The skills only light when in melee range. What's up with that? And I hop this wasn't intentional.

✭AFAIK it is happening to everyone, the range improvements through Battle Spirit and passive from Alliance War seem to be not working.1000+ CP

✭✭Its not even extra range, its any range at all. I'm well closer than 28m for lethal arrow to light up and that should be near 40mPCNA
