    If you're talking Vashai and Skinrai it is 100% Dro m'Athra. I believe their weapons are daedric.

    @Ariont They are wearing the Thrafey Debutante Gown, which is a costume you can make from 50 Scaly Cloth Scraps that drop in Silent Halls public dungeon.
    PC NA, CP2500+. Character creation is the true endgame.
