I've been grinding dark brotherhood on all my chars and still have yet to get the lead "Preserved Wraxu Feathers". If possible it would be nice to change it or at least make it so you get it definitely instead of basing it of RNG.

Nastassiya✭✭✭No, there needs to be serious incentives for people to log on every day. If everyone got everything on day 1 then there would be far less people online daily. Some things need a be difficult to get, like the Medusa staffs.3

Daily crafting writs
Daily random normal
Daily undaunted pledges
Daily zone quests
Daily guild quests
Daily battlegrounds
There's enough stuff to keep people logged in. This is just a terrible design choice, one of the worst I've seen in years too.13 -

The same can be said for buffing newbs so they can catch up to nerfed vets.
I am not feeling much accomplishment grinding out vet levels when newbs miss half the point of the game and catch up to doing the same stuff I had to work hard to achieve.
It just makes the game feel cheap, and not unlike newbs being able to buy lvl 810 in the crown store because they're too busy to play.

What do you know about playing the game?
One more reason I don't want to PUG with unknowns.
They rarely hold up their end in a really hard fight, and then it's just carrying players through.
yay, we're all equal, but half the newbs don't know what to do or why, because they didn't learn on the way up.

✭✭✭I've unlocked the passive in most of my characters now.
Is only one skill point and I already had most of them on lvl 7 at least for the Shadow Rider passive anyway.
I thought I actually had it leveled to 10 in all of them, turns out 2 of them do not even have it unlocked. It would seem that I have been lying to myself quite convincingly.
Anyway got the lead last night on my 11th one. Got a couple of furniture pieces I didn't know I wanted too.
Definitely more productive than my average lead 'hunt'.

Canperial35✭✭✭I believe the cooldown is just fine, most of the people weren't even aware of that npc before she became the source of a lead. Despite I too am still trying to get the lead with 3 characters, the cooldown shouldn't be changed just to make things easier.0 -

Making something a rare, random drop where you have no influence on and you only have to let time pass by is not "difficult". It's boring and tedious.2 -

It's a nice thought of making it a guaranteed drop. But there's a loot table which still have items it needs to be able to give out.
And without a trigger, like a quest or something, the game wouldn't know that we are specifically looking for just that one item.
I understand the frustration people are facing. I too am gated behind the Supplier right now.
But hey, it's always been 20h and always been a random loot table.

Has done the DB on many alts for the skill points and the riding passive.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

✭✭✭I didn't get it until the fourth attempt. I had been attempting to get it from the dark brotherhood hideout in gold coast. The fourth attempt was in vvardenfell outlaws refuse, this one was successful. I agree it is totally stupid...0
