Blackwoods Collection DLCs and Chapters not unlocked

Hi, i bought the Blackwoods Collection, not the upgrade, and cant access the content it says comes with it. I got the confirmation email and it shows as active on my ESO site account, but none of it is unlocked in game. They all ask to buy on crown or get ESO plus. On the support ticket they said it should come active on june 1st, but its still not unlocked at all.

    So no help yet and im not sure how to get a ticket number but i think its 210531-000038
