Issue interacting with other players

Hi, I've been having some issues interacting with other players (Ie pressing f and being able to whisper - it says character not found)
I have included an image below of me trying to whisper to someone in Vivec and as you can see near the middle/bottom is shows "()" no player/character name
This is not the only player this has occurred with today and thus is not an isolated incident - (bug as of todays blackwood patch)
Not sure if this could be addon related but please let me know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

✭✭✭✭✭I am missing something. It seems to indicate you whispered Robrev multiple times. After the last one, it says in the yellow text that the character not found.0 -
TheCommentator✭✭✭So @robrev is someone in my friends list, I can whisper anyone from my friends list ect
I mean I can’t interact / trade / invite to group someone who isn’t in my friends list such as that random person in Vivec0
