Will the chapter also mean cp is reset, since it brings new healing trees and the passive nerfs?

✭✭✭✭✭CP wasn't reset when Blackwood hit the PTS, so I doubt it will be reset when Blackwood hits the live servers.
But there was a free respec event on the PTS, so I'm expecting there will be one on the live server, too. IIRC, the event did not coincide with Blackwood's launch on the PTS, but came later.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

Aaxc✭✭✭Basically, most ppl who played here even from Beta, didnt have over 2000 cps. The average was from 1300 - 1900. So they decreased the points required, to fall in that category.
Apparently it is unpleasant to suddenly not be maxxed in a game, you spent 7+ years in.1 -
