A tie between altmer and bosmer. Bosmer can be very lovely if you spend a great deal of time sculpting them well, as can Altmer. I'm very fond of my Altmer templar, but I also adore my very first bosmer. I typically sculpt faces on the test server, see if I like them, tweak them there, then carry them over to the live server by using on-top-replica so I can match my triangle sliders perfectly. Playing with these two races is one of my favorite things to do.
Khajiit are aesthetically pleasing to me, but I'm not 100% sure I'd describe them as "attractive"? O_o; My feeling about them is kinda more like "oh look, there's a pretty cat!"
@Sylvermynx Those are some well sculpted Breton and Redguard! I love the redguard, his features are so refined.

Legends never die
They're written down in eternity
But you'll never see the price it costs
The scars collected all their lives
When everything's lost, they pick up their hearts and avenge defeat
Before it all starts, they suffer through harm just to touch a dream
Oh, pick yourself up, 'cause
Legends never die
Grand Master crafter, all styles and all furnishing plans known pre U41.
Vamp and WW bites available for players.
Shoot me an in-game mail if you need anything, happy to help!
Everyone's entitled to their objectively incorrect opinions, I guess.
But to all those who think Bretons are best: you're wrong... and I've got PROOF!
I hopped onto the PTS and whipped up a few sample characters for y'all. Enjoy!
REDGUARD
Spoiler
Just made this guy in like 90 seconds. Took almost no work at all. Tell me that's not a handsome fella. I dare you.
KHAJIIT
Spoiler
Kinda was going for a lion-y sort of look here, but didn't quite nail it. If I spent more than 3 minutes on it I definitely could have done better, but this is decent I think. He's ready for dinner, too! So that's a Swiss flag!
ALTMER
Spoiler
Easy peasy! This is pretty much just a default Altmer. A Defaltmer, if you will (but you shouldn't).

We spent hours. (I had to hire a professional photographer.) We sent this fool to modeling classes, for Mara's sake! This was the only time where we could get him to look even remotely worthy of taking his damn picture! No force on Nirn could stop this idiot from staring directly at the sun except for the random lightning flashes. It rained the entire photo shoot, and I had to pay the lady double to keep her from beating me up before she left.
I hope this doofy goober gets sacrificed at a Dolmen before the weekend is up. UGH!!
(this is all just a dumb joke for funsies, everyone. please remain calm!)
Since last patch my old laptop shows large shadows on the cheeks of most races, except imperials, khajiit and argonians. There is probably a setting somewhere but I haven't found it yet. My khajiit still looks great though
I would say Breton, Imperial and Redguard (but the last one has low customization).
Although before last story DLC Bretons were represented mostly as sweet guys or typical knight but Markarth showed how masculine they could be
I don't really like high elves generally, but I will say, if you make them rugged and with shorter hair and lose the snotty racist attitude, then they can look pretty awesome!
OMG you guys, the poor Bosmer! Look at how few votes!
Worst voices, dumbest faces, stolen passives...
Apparently the mid Second Era was not a great time to be a Bosmer bro.
They have some of the hottest women too, so you know it hurts that little bit extra!
Moment of silence for all 7 of those aspiring male models of the Bosmer persuasion.
The trick to making a Bosmer guy look good, in my opinion, is to make sure you give them a larger jawline. A lot of male Bosmer have really angular cheekbones with a tiny jaw which makes them look super ugly. But I really do think they can look lovely if you try.
Main is Blue-Thuxis, a Argonian stamSorc, whose also is a werewolf! 2nd main, Cobalt-Thuxis, a Argonian stamArc, an identical twin sister to Blue-Thuxis, even is a werewolf as well! some alts:
Spoiler
Nirn-Scale Rajthux (Argonian, Templar), Ros-Ei Nature-Thuxis (Argonian, Warden), Crimson-Thuxis (Argonian, DK), Bone-Thuxis Tharn (Argonian, Necro) Why Bone-Thuxis has Tharn as a last name:
Spoiler
The siblings were separated at a young age due to a Dres slaver raid, Blue, Cobalt, Ros-Ei & their mother were able to escape, Crimson & Bone weren't that lucky. Crimson was later "rescued" by some Orcs that later ambushed the House Dres Dunmers, unfortunately one Dunmer remained & sadly successfully brought the young Bone-Thuxis to the Dres plantation. Later an Imperial, a Tharn, bought Bone at a auction & later told he was free, the young Argonian sadly had no idea where to go & doesn't know if his family was still alive, so the Tharn adopted him into House Tharn. This family of Argonians finally reunited years later.
Some ESO history: I originally started from PS4 NA during June 10, 2015, I did reached CP 810+ on there. I eventually kinda got tired of paying PS+, so during February 4, 2019 I started moving to PC NA. Also CP: 810+. Nowadays I play ESO PC mostly, while PS4 is dust.
