CE items missing

Hi everyone. I bought the game from steam.

The pack that i bought is Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online - Blackwood Collector's Edition
Includes The Elder Scrolls Online base game, Blackwood, Greymoor, Elsweyr, Summerset, and Morrowind Chapters and Digital CE Contents.

I didnt recieve any previous chapters CE items.(morrowind, summerset,elsewyr). I created ticket to support but they said i only can have blackwood CE items which ill recieve at launch. But at my Steam owned dlc page it shows that i have all previous dlc items.

What should i do? I need your recommendations.

It's my understanding that you will receive Blackwood CE items when the game launches. I don't believe you receive any previous CE items at all. If there is misleading wording somewhere suggesting that you do get those bonus items, let us know.

@redspecter23 The description of each item in the "product details" for the Blackwood CE Game (not upgrade) is as follows:

So the previous collectors edition items should definitely be included there and a friend of mine has actually received these items as well. Just not the preorder items for the previous chapters, only the preorder items for Blackwood.

@Ereldrin I think you need to keep trying with the support. If you are really missing the items from the older collectors editions, but you got the DLCs just fine, then the description in the store is either wrong or the support agent you got has no idea what you are talking about (or what they are talking about :P)

I'm pretty sure the CE for Blackwood does NOT include the CE versions of previous chapters ...

It does. If you buy the CE Game (not the upgrade), it includes the previous chapters and their collector editions.

Unless this does not apply for steam. It certainly applies to ESO's own store page.

I'm not familiar with the Steam version at all. I just quoted the description on the "buy now" tab at the top of the forums. It doesn't state any CE items are included at all for previous chapters. If the Steam version states that it does, that would be a whole other thing and ZOS would need to either update their wording or give players the CE items they are entitled to (and also tell their CS reps the same as they don't seem to be aware).

@redspecter23 I am not familiar with the Steam version either, but if you scroll down from the "buy now" tab to the part where it says "Digital Exclusives" and you can then read about everything that is included in the product in more detail you can clearly see it states that the old collectors editions are included. That is the stuff I quoted above.
Assuming OP bought this version and the same rules apply on steam, they should definitely be entitled to the collectors edition items because that is what it says on the store page and it would be false advertising if that is not what you get. I doubt ZOS would make such a mistake, so I can only assume OP either bought the wrong thing or this does not apply for the Steam version.

He bought ESO The Collection CE (Blackwood edition) then it comes with CE items for all chapters. There is also ESO The Collection without CE for a lower price without CE items for all chapters.

Questions:
1. Are you a new player buying the game for the first time?
2. How are you checking for your CE items?

I do not know how it is with buying the collection since I'd bought my chapters piecemeal, but when in the game, press 'U' to go to your collections tab and look for the CE items under their respective categories ie. mounts, non-combat pets, costumes etc.

I say this in case you're looking to find them all inside your in-game mail. It is possible you're looking at the mail for the blackwood pre-order items and expecting there to be similar ones for previous chapter CE items. It's likely the items are already available in the collections tab without such notice.

Good call! Yes, not all the items are actually in the mail (only the maps and scrolls which are not even part of the CE items), so you might have missed that you already have them. But if you still do not have them, just keep trying with the support and maybe put your ticket number here in this thread as a reference.

I am new player but i know how to check my mail and collections. If i had all CE items why should i bother everyone. I am maybe new but i have lots of friends playing eso.

Has your problem been fixed? I’m experiencing the same now and am waiting for a official response. I bought Blackwood Collection CE from the Playstation Store, a version that should contain all pre order bonuses from all chapters, including Blackwood (obviously) as per advertised. However, I didn’t get the items/mounts/pets/costumes/outfits etc.
