But yes, you make a good point! If they can make room for the demon vegetable, then they can surely make room for milk and eggs.

Believe me, I was well into my thirties before that happened. And there are still only, like, two ways I like them prepared. But growing them myself also makes a big difference.

Bridging the gap between real life and the game, I guess I also sort of see the appeal of them for rustic recipes that fit the game world. And while I would love to see milk and eggs return as ingredients, I think it would be great to at a minimum see more furnishing options for them... a bottle of milk here, a nest with eggs there...
