Error 334 Character unable to enter in game

I am having trouble with playing game. I login in game and I can see all my character but when I select character to login into game I get error 334 (3:1:1097:0) Lobby Connection error. 1st I re-installed game nothing happen. I open all my ports, tried rename program date folder, did all suggestion by ESO help topic. Can someone please fix this issue.
