What is all considered a disabling effect?
I'm wondering because I'm looking at the Reactive Armor set from IC, along side the Heavy Armor skill Immovable. Does that skill count as a disabling effect?

lazywhiteseal✭✭✭disabling effects are crowd controls that disables your character completely. knockback/down, fear, stun are classified as hard cc. you have use break free to gain back your control.

The armor skill does call it's effect on you a snare...soo..maybe it should work with the Reactive armor set?
