I heard that Bethesda wants to close all forums and move them to Discord. Is that true?

Does that mean this forum will get deleted too? ESO was on the list there: https://www.gamestar.de/artikel/bethesda-forum-schliessung,3370006.html
(I know the page is German but still you can see that ESO is on the list there)
Now I'm kinda afraid since I don't want to migrate to Discord for forum functions and also think this would be a bad idea. Still there's the Steam forums but everyone there is an ass and i have bad experiences with the ESO Steam forum and Steam forums in general.
Can anyone clarify?

Bethesda has sunset the forums on Bethesda.net. This includes the forum for the online game Fallout 76. They posted this https://bethesda.net/en/article/3nf1F08LHgUEmSt7EqA9ru/bethesda-net-forums-to-be-sunset on May 17. On May 24, the forums were made read-only.

In the FAQ for the above post, they say "Does this plan impact The Elder Scrolls Online official forums?
No. Only the Bethesda.net forums will be sunset. The Elder Scrolls Online forums will continue to operate and function as usual."

Note that the Elder Scrolls Online is listed as one of their official Discord Servers: discord.gg/ElderScrollsOnline

Have you been to that Discord? It isn't a social site, despite the venue.
