Probably the feature I would want the most right now is Clubhouse games. There are so many little boardgames we see in lore and I would like to be able to go to a tavern and play them against other people or npcs, or invite people to my house to play with them for game night.
On the topic of gambling, I wouldn't mind it if we could bet gold, but I feel like an option that would be more comfortable to people is being able to earn loot bags for playing those games against npcs. It would also be cool to get skins for your dice or pieces that you could equip (maybe even from thievery or antiquities).
Everyone wants to make traditional TES table games a playable piece of furniture.
And it's also a good idea to revive "The Elder Scrolls: Legends" of card game.
Like many others I wouldn't mind some mini games or even quest lines per zone for a game like Gwent.
I don't think it's fair to call Gwent in W3 gambling, the in game gold doesn't really have the value that it does in ESO where there is kind of a real economy going on.
But cards to find and achievements to get, games could be fun.
After plaing the Kingdom Come: Deliverance I came to the conclussion, that dice is extreamly fun, especially collecting unique dice sets with slight chance improvements) So yes, I want something like that in eso.
