Crafted Sets with animations does not work in campaign Grey Host anymore (Morkuldin)

Hi, I have just tested a character of mine with a Morkuldin Crafted Set (inter alia) - its working fine outside campains but never fires in the Grey Host campaign, not aginst NPCs or against any other enemy player.
Is this a new feature or a bug?

✭✭✭✭It's a temporary limitation on Cyrodiil.
They tested to see if sets that had conditions or procs added to lag. It didn't.
But people wanted to try Cyrodiil for a bit with just basics stats sets (such as hundings rage, crafty alfiq, plague doctor etc).
So it was in place for 3 months.
It ends on June 1st on pc and June 8th on console (or whatever date the new chapter is out). So in early June all sets will be allowed and work.1 -

I am worried that by dramatically taking away all these things that creates diversity and choice will result in a game that resembles PACKMAN.
