Was playing SWTOR not do long ago. Found it so greatly QUIET
No NPC chasing me shouting "TAKE MY QUEST!!!!!!!!"
No NPC repeating the same dialog each time I pass by
No NPC commenting my past achievements and making me regret I do quests at all...
There is just music there.
In ESO the more I play the more I found myself playing either with the lowest volume or with sound switched off.
Hearing the same phrases again and again and again and again makes my ears bleeding...

If you move fast enough the annoying NPC dialogue blurs together and you hear “Do you know how long I’ve been looking for Dragons, in your own homeland!” That’s amusing.

Yeah same with Star Wars The Old Republic, it's amazing when you are in a taxi that you can still hear them.
