Ok... WTF JUST HAPPENED?

Now this is absolutely game crushing for me.
I was doing the Arena quest in Reaper's March and got up to the 2nd part.[Sword division] I fight the final Champion and she cheap-shots me into the spike traps and insta-kills me. Ok, fine. Live and learn and all that. No biggie.
But then it puts me in that Cyrodiil respawn thingy. I cannot respawn anywhere and have to wait 10 minutes... Ok... VERY ODD... But I wait it out...
NOW, I notice my char's stats are completely broken. My summon Twilight that used to cost 511 magic now costs 716 magic. It looks like my entire light armor passives are broken. This is beyond crippling. ALL of my spells costs have now doubled. I presume to levels of which my light armor tree was nullifying before... except now, it appears glitched???

It's not that. I've never even joined a campaign. This is in PvE. But it tried to respawn me AS IF I were in Cyrodiil.

Aellikor✭✭Hate to be the "is it plugged in?" guy, but just making sure. None of your armor is broken? 7/7 light? Maybe unequip everything, armor, rings, weapons, equip a set of medium, and then go back to Light and see if passives kick in?
Another thought, might not be pretty but if you are really "stuck" stuck. Try an attrib reset? just a thought...1 -

Yep, took me two relogs. This was utterly ridiculous... I was genuinely worried I would be forced to start a new character...
