crafting writs & CP points & current event

Is there a cool down during the event on experience from crafting writs? I normally do writs around the same time each morning and noticed 1 time I'll get around 2000 experience per writ the next day I'll get about 7000 per writ.

Hi,

I have noticed the same but only for my last chars! / of 10 chars get the 7000+ and than the last 3 chars only 2000. I reproduced this over thrtee days with chanfging the sequence of the chars. Maybe it is not the total number but 70% of the account gets full EP and the rest no bonus.
