I don't equip any of endurance set except weapon bow.
However, this bow add health bonus to me. Is this some kind of bug?

Sendirra✭✭✭Bows (and other 2h weapons, such as destruction staves, mauls, greatswords and battleaxes) count as 2 pieces of a set, because it takes 2 slots to equip.
Therefore: Bow -> "2 pieces" -> 2nd piece bonus of endurance -> more health
