In Stonefalls the Matriarch doesn't come out to play, just hords of dreugh, so it is impossible to get the achevement.

Radom101Soul ShrivenIt takes a bit for it to spawn, but the boss do spawn i would say once per hour if you keep the trash killed ( could it be certain # of mobs killed perhaps?). I have done this boss on each of my alts.0 -
Samriel✭✭You have to kill all of the mobs on the island before any of them respawn in order to get the matron to appear. This takes a decent sized organized group, unlike most of the other bosses where you only need 2-3 people at level to kill it.1
