..is a joke right? kinda seems the complete opposite of the direction we were lead to believe ZOS was trying to head.....really hope this gets addressed in the coming weeks on pts..rant over

    yeah this kinda stuff shows they don't really know what they are doing. Idk, I guess they don't get their pick of the litter when it comes to hiring developers. They get those c student types i guess :disappointed:

    You can fully AFK the game now with proc sets on PTS. Is this your vision for PVP ZOS? The “proc set PVP” people can’t wait for this kind of thing to come back.

    I miss theory crafting, and was against no proc, but id rather keep no proc than have these changes go live as is
