You already have gambling in the game - the crates. You also have it throughout the game in every single RNG mechanic you play with (loot rewards for most activities, for example - all gambling).
Minigames that provide predictable rewards for acheivements - sure. Go crazy with these. These are not gambling.
More GAMBLING? Rewards you may or may not get based on whatever RNG for the 'minigame' - No. Just no. No one needs another addiction-training activity in a video game and gambling does not need to be normalized as a harmless activity.
