Can we please take a look at Nirnhoned, especially on armor.

Nirnhoned is supposed to be the best trait but does not perform. Armor Nirnhoned is practically worthless. I suggest changing it to a flat percentage reduction. 1% on small pieces and 3% on large pieces. This would result in 13% total damage mitigation, 16% if carrying a shield. This would help it compete with other options. As for weapons 15% isn’t terrible but it isn’t quite there to make it worthwhile maybe bump it up to 18%.

I second a pass over armor nirnhoned. I think weapon is okey but armor is underwhelming with the current acess to major and minor resolve as well as many sets that offer a flat armor bonus outside of resolve. On op's solution I dont think that it would be op in pvp so def a good solution. My idea though is to change it to a percent of armor calculated after buffs. Like an extra .50 or 1 percent of extra armor calculated last. Yeah it's easy to reach armor cap so perhaps making it damage mitigation would allow it to be better overall but making it a percent would at least allow some mix and match with skills and armor traits for some players to play with.

No, it is not worthless. You just need to use it on light armour, which gives you from 18% bonus on chest to 48% on sash.
