Here is a couple examples at the top of my head.
Sprinter's carrot stew.
X amount of maximum health
X amount of stamina and magicka recovery
X % of movement speed while in combat
Brawler's brew of exotic fruit.
X amount of maximum health
X amount of maximum stamina
X amount of stamina recovery
X amount of weapon damage while in combat

But adding to them pure combat bonuses... The hell no.
