This bug happens at the Dark Water Temple in Eastern Eastmarch.
When exiting the temple, the player is placed slightly below the ground, and then starts falling into the void (and can look up to see the ground disappearing upwards.
After a few seconds, the player is then teleported to the nearest wayshrine.
