Reading the various threads I certainly agree that the console customers have legitimate reasons to complain.

This forum used to be really positive years ago and people were really helpful, still are to some degree but the last couple years as the game has picked up popularity, I've seen more people complaining. I would say after Summerset with playability issues mostly on the console side is where I think it started.

My personal opinion is, ZOS got to over ambitious with the game/calculations and the system/servers couldn't keep up along with not having the right people in place or not enough resources to keep up with demand.

The promise of better communication from ZoS in 2021 has already apparently fallen of deaf ears. But that's ESO/ZoS in a nut shell, one of the biggest deliverers of false promises and disappointments. Can't see things improving any time soon sadly.

i've been in this forum since 2015, its been like that ever since, people will keep complaining if theres something to complain about, nothing strange about it, i think its the same on any other game/mmo forum really

on the other note, the reason why people complaining is because they like the game enough to find flaw in it, and want to make it better, sure not all of the complain is valid, some straight up ridiculous and stupid, but hey, at least they care
