If I equip middle armor set 2 jewel and SD and bow(5piece), can I use evasion skill?
1,neckless
2,ring
3,bow
4,one sword
5,shield
Maybe, I can use "briaheart set function", if I equip 5-peice of those.
But, how about evasion skill?

✭You do but about the only reason I can think of to use that skill is if you are running armour master for some specific situation.
Blade Cloak (dual wield) gives you major evasion, does damage, has no armour restriction and is available to all classes. Nightblade also has blur. There also a bunch of ways to get extra resistance which works against all damage.
