I like current rain, it's not too distracting and if you enable rain wetness through Votan's Advanced Settings or by setting this in UserSettings.txt:

SET RAIN_WETNESS "1"

It adds some decent-looking ground reflections and rain animations.

Weather, town noises, chatter...livestock - ESO is quite toned down in the sound department.

As long as ZOS also overhauls the flashing during thunderstorms while they are at it. That's a rare, but recurring complaint from folks who suffer from migraines or other issues with strobing lights.

Graphic overhauls are good, but I'd like ZOS to look at some of their known accessibility issues while they are doing it.

It's almost impossible to see with the new Antialiasing on certain monitors so updating it would be neat, or adding even heavier rain/snow/desert winds into the weather system!

Absolutely. After playing other ES games (especially Oblivion, Skyrim) that the weather in ESO could definitely use an upgrade. Weather in ESO could be a bit more dynamic - rain getting heavier and lighter with more/less fogging depending on the rain amount. Snow could also use some of the same effect being lighter/heavier. I think it would also be interesting to maybe put even short-lived dust storms in desert areas like Alik'r. Another thing for a mention in this area is things like different ambient environmental sounds (wind, bird chirping, crickets, etc) being more/less present depending on the environmental weather. Nothing that would be too invasive to the gameplay, but aid in the immersiveness and an upgrade to an already great feature. I personally enjoy these types of environmental effects, especially walking around during a rain/thunderstorm in ESO -- anything that puts more immersion into the game has my vote.

They should go away completely. Every time a weather feature starts up in Cyrodil, my frames drop significantly. It was even worse on console. Entering the Northern snowy zone between Bleakers and Bruma is like going through a heavy lag wall.
