As a PVP oriented player, I've been shocked to see NOT A SINGLE UPDATE OR FIX TO CYRODIIL as far as I am aware, since release... (I actually believe there was one in early access where they stopped siege equipment acting oddly after a server restart)
Having large groups of people still frequently causes everyone to crash.
The Emperor on my server is still far weaker than a well spec'd Dragon Knight, using reflective scales and PBAoE, eliminating entire groups.
Ebonheart still outnumber both Aldmeri AND Daggerfall combined 3:1 on the Wabbajack server.
Still no news on a change to actually reset campaigns every 3 months, rather than just resetting the scoreboard.
Still no fix for all the holes players can't get out of, nor use /stuck in, forcing them to join a guest campaign and then come back.
Still no fix for siege equipment which can't be used when you put it down in most situations.
Still no fix for elder scrolls occasionally, but not always, resetting after server downtime.
Still no fix for 'invisible bolt of instant death' where an Honor Guard ability with no animation deals massive damage.
Still no fix for players occasionally getting phased out in Cyrodiil...how does that even happen?
Still no fix for certain filtered water spots being in areas where you get attacked by slaughterfish while picking them up.
Still no fix for the 'group finder' giving you people of any random campaign, rather than being specific to whichever campaign you're in.
Still no fix for having to stand around on the flag until the friendly NPC's spawn if you want the 'continuous attack' bonus.
Still no fix for the WORLD'S BEST RUNESTONE FARMING SPOT inside your gates at Cyrodiil (may be specific to Aldmeri, but there are over 20 runestones between the 2 areas of water, and they already start respawning by the time you're done collecting them)
Still no word at doing something about the Skyshard at Lunar Fang Docks to prevent you spending 3 minutes bunnyhopping up a cliff to avoid slaughterfish after getting it.
Still no word on the option to add normal map markers to the Cyrodiil map so you don't have to go to the wayshrine (not transitus shrine) every time you want to see where a dungeon is.
Still no fix for having character's in the same campaign on different alliances (I know this is being worked on.)
Still no fix for Forward Camps, which only work when they feel like it on that given day (or nowhere near enough information is given about them during the optional tutorial and /help pages.)
Still no fix for getting stuck as being 'dead', still able to run around on your screen but unable to do anything, while appearing as a floating corpse for everyone else.
Still no word on adding a roll animation to Werewolves to stop them getting instantly destroyed by burning talons or encase (which isn't listed as a disadvantage when choosing the build.)
Still no fix for walls occasionally not coming down on someone else's screen, not allowing them to join in with the siege that follows.
Still no fix for side doors occasionally not working for players after being repaired, creating inconvenience during general play or forcing players to take a crippling route through the enemy during a siege.
Still no word on why (or if it's supposed to) you can spawn at a location which you cant transitus to because the resources have all been taken (good thing we can suicide on guards with no negative result, right?)
Still no word on why, if getting more AP for having less keeps was added for balance, the winning faction gets bonus AP for having enemy keep control.
I'm sure I missed out some of the issues, so feel free to add anything else ZoS have neglected to change.
I'm not expecting every issue to be fixed within a month of release, but after giving RP'rs no support, and PvP'rs no post-launch support, they're alienating pretty much everyone from these groups who isn't blind enough to think they're playing an elder scrolls game.
