Iceheart affected by new Bastion CP?

Just wondering if the new Bastion CP star affects Iceheart's damage shield. It doesn't change the tooltip when I equip the star.......

✭i can't answer your question, sorry, i just came because i am nostalgic about the old iceheart. i still miss it. that set was actually useful once
judging by the description of bastion, it should buff iceheart, but i haven't tested it.PC EU0
