uppercut skill bug

anytime i use uppercut my enemy can just walk into me and it will cancel the entire skill. help?

    Well yeah I’m not gonna just stand there, that thing hurts. Seriously though that’s why dizzy is hard to use on good players. The bad ones will usually just run away making it easier to land.

    You can try using snare, immobilize, or hard cc to help land it or bait them into it by using the environment at your back so they can’t walk through you. Some people play defensive and wait till people use their resources and then attack or I’ve even seen some people act like they are losing and then turn and burn when they least expect it.

    thats not right tho being the fact everything else is almost always gonna hit

    It’s a charge up ability and it can be cancelled if a player moves out of the way. The same is true for snipe if a player moves out of range mid charge up.

    Keep in mind, Dizzying Swing is *vastly* superior skill over Wrecking Blow for a reason that has nothing to do with stats. Dswing only has to perform one LoS check. After the initial cast as long as the target is within range and hasn't dodged you *will* hit them no matter where they are in relation to you. Wrecking Blow (and I believe the base skill as well) on the other hand performs a second LoS check to see if anything is blocking your LoS to them as well as to make sure the target is also within a cone that is in front of you. This cone is quite narrow too.

    Long story short, *always* use Dizzying Swing.
