Minor Breach / Minor Magickasteal Uptimes High Post U29?

I haven't done many logged trials since U29, but I know that physical weapons now have a chance to apply Minor Breach via the 'Sundered status,' and magic damage can automatically apply Minor Magickasteal via 'Overcharged' status.
Can anyone tell me about what the uptime is in 12-person raids now? Trying to see if I should intentionally be using skills that apply Minor Breach or Magickasteal anymore, of it it's a waste.

✭✭I can't speak for trials, but just soloing a charged weapon with an absorb magicka enchant can achieve fairly significant (i.e. >50%) uptime on minor magickasteal.0
